With the widespread adoption of automated production lines in enterprises, full consideration is given to maximizing labor force liberation, improving production efficiency, and enhancing processing quality. It is planned to replace the original manual work of airline meal packaging by multiple people with robots to achieve efficient, flexible, and clean automated operations. The design requires a production capacity of 100,000 plates in 11 hours, with up to 8 meals and a set of knives and forks loaded onto the plates at most.
